研究领域:性能可控的诊疗生物材料构建及其在重大疾病高效和精准治疗方面的应用
研究兴趣:1)构建可跨越生物屏障的靶向纳米递送系统促进基因药物的脑部运输和脑损伤的治疗;2)构建性能可动态改变的响应性生物材料用于准确调控治疗基元的功能,实现因需可控治疗;3)开发高清纳米探针用于原位成像引导的精准肿瘤手术切除和联合免疫治疗。
