1、个人简介

陈洪丽，副教授，北京协和医学院硕士生导师，天津工业大学博士生导师。天津医科大学生物医学工程专业学士和硕士学位，中国医学科学院&北京协和医学院生物医学工程专业博士学位，天津大学博士后，清华大学-IDG/麦戈文脑科学研究院访问学者。天津市“131”第三层次人才，天津市“青年后备人才培养计划”人选。

2、研究方向

光生物调节与神经调控、可穿戴光学诊疗设备研发。

聚焦神经系统基本科学问题，开展光调控的关键技术及机制研究。重点围绕神经损伤和神经调控，运用分子与细胞生物学、神经生物学等方法，采用先进光学技术开展干细胞调控、神经损伤修复及相关病变研究，以此为依据，推动诊疗设备研发和临床应用转化。主要研究对象包括阿尔茨海默病、抑郁症、睡眠障碍和脊髓损伤等，旨在以不同疾病的发病机制为依据，实现对光学参数、作用通路和作用靶点的精准研究，构建精准光生物学的创新链条，为通过光生物学方法解决重大疑难问题提供科学依据和技术支撑。主持国家自然科学基金1项，主持省部级项目4项，主持天津市教委项目1项，参与科技部重点研发项目2项。在国内外期刊发表论文30余篇，申请专利16项，专利成果转化3项，开发样机6台。
